RoS Tutorials - Sharing your textures with the rest of Poserdom
There are still a couple steps to finish up your matpose file and get it ready for Poser.
First, you will need to change the file extension from YourFileName.cr2 to YourFileName.pz2.
There is one more thing you will need to edit on your pz2 file, but we need to set up our download folders first to figure out our file paths.
Make yourself a new folder somewhere on your computer and name it after your project. For example:
DemoVase_MATs
Inside this folder, create another one and name it Runtime
Inside the Runtime folder, create two more Libraries and Textures
Inside your Libraries folder, you will need a Pose folder.
In your Pose folder, you will need one for your MATs. Ex: Realm Demo Vase
I try to name things after the model or similar enough that people will have an easy time finding things and remembering what goes with what. Your pz2 files and png thumbs will live in this new folder.
Go back out and open up your Textures folder. You can either place the texture directly in here, or create a folder with a name for the project or under your name. For example, I would create a new folder under Textures called Realmling, and then either place my texture in this folder, or make a new folder (yet again) called DemoVase to store my textures.
In all, you should have a folder tree that is something like this:
